The purpose of this article is to clarify what "pre-populated" means in the Consumer Actions table located in the Member Portal under My LeadiDs.
The orange key underneath the table labeled "Indicates pre-populated form field" does not mean input fields were pre-populated with data. It means our script is identifying fields that a consumer witnessed on a form when the page loaded. For example, the orange rows in the screenshot below for "ZIP" and "INDUSTRY" were present on the form when the consumer visited the page.
It is only when a row is blue or white that a consumer has interacted with that specific field. Information in these rows means that a consumer either entered data or clicked into the field. Our Portal alternates between blue and white to make it easier for you to read the table (they do not mean anything different). This is shown with the "ZIP" field in the screenshot below.
